Saturday Stroke Activities + Family Support + Entertainment
Every Saturday from 1:00–2:00 PM, Strikin Back at Strokes brings stroke survivors, caregivers, and family support together for fun group activities designed to encourage movement, participation, connection, and positive energy.
The Saturday program combines recreation, movement, and community so every participant can join in at their own pace — no competition required.

Grass-based group activity. Participants can play from a standing, seated, or appropriately adapted position.
Step/press-based launch with adjustable distance and team challenges.
Participation can be adapted based on the participant's mobility and comfort.
A supervised recreational target activity using the designated children's Nerf-style crossbow equipment.
Safety: Adult supervision · Safe designated play area · Equipment inspection · Clear firing direction · No aiming at people · Safety briefing before participation · Follow manufacturer instructions.
The program supports different levels of mobility and participation. Activity leaders can record optional participation preferences — but you choose what works for you.
You do not have to compete. You can participate at your own pace.
We never automatically classify a participant's medical abilities. You or your caregiver voluntarily select the participation format that works for you.
